 Getting to Dallas


Dallas Airports

Two airports service the Dallas area. Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is about 20 miles from the convention center and Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) is about 7 miles away.

DFW International Airport is the third-busiest airport in the world and serves 57 million passengers annually.  It offers 138 domestic and 38 international nonstop flights and has been ranked in the top five for customer service among large airports. 

DAL Airport provides the best that can be offered in a convenient, efficient airport, serving both commercial airline and corporate user needs. Located in the heart of Dallas, Cedar Springs at Mockingbird, the airfield is 20 minutes from the Downtown Convention Center, West End, Infomart, and the Dallas Market Center.

Taxi service is available from DFW to downtown. The approximate fare to a downtown destination ranges from US $37-$45.

Taxi service is available from DAL to downtown.  The approximate fare to a downtown destination ranges from US $17-$20.


 Getting around Dallas


Most meeting events will be at the Dallas Convention Center located at 650 South Griffin Street, Dallas, Texas and the new Omni Dallas Hotel located at 555 South Lamar Street, Dallas, Texas.

To help accommodate attendee needs, during this year’s Annual Meeting INTA is offering Hotel Shuttle, Lunch Shuttle and Dinner Shuttle.

Hotel Shuttle – Shuttle service will be provided for attendees from select hotels beginning Saturday, May 4 – Wednesday, May 8.

Lunch Shuttle – Round trip shuttle service will be provided from the Dallas Convention Center beginning Saturday, May 4 – Wednesday, May 8. Shuttles will depart from 11:30 am with the last departure at 12:30 pm. Routes will include Main Street, West End, Victory Plaza, Uptown & West Village.

Dinner Shuttle – Round trip shuttle service will be provided from all hotels beginning Saturday, May 4 – Wednesday, May 8. Shuttles will depart from 6:30 pm with the last departure at 10:00 pm. Shuttle service will end at 11:30 pm. Routes will include Knox Henderson, Uptown and West Village.

Public Transportation

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) helps move people around town with light rail services and a modern fleet of nearly 1,000 buses and vans – all ADA compliant – serving the most popular entertainment, cultural and shopping destinations. Fares are $1.75 within Downtown and $5.00 each way to either Fort Worth or DFW Airport.

Mobile devices

International attendees may have challenges with their mobile devices in Dallas including but not limited to roaming charges, data usage charges etc.

This year we are proud to provide a range of low-cost wireless rental solutions to attendees, exhibitors, and guests. Cellhire is our official mobile rental partner for the 135th Annual Meeting.

All mobile phone rentals come standard with a battery, carrying case and wall charger. Number pre-allocation for all mobile phone and SIM only rentals are available.

All devices will be delivered to the location of your choice and 24*7 technical support will be provided for all rentals. Cellhire will be on-site in the INTA Registration area during registration hours, in the Dallas Convention Center from May 4th – 8th.
