  • Engaging with high-level Chinese government officials during annual delegations of Officers and Board members.
  • Supporting substantial increases in statutory damages as well as other provisions throughout the multiyear legislative process that culminated in 2013 in China’s new Trademark Law.
  • Signing Memoranda of Understanding with China SAIC and China Customs that provides on going access to top-level Chinese officials.
