What They Didn’t Teach You in Law School about Trademark Law

Join us for a pragmatic presentation on practicing trademark law. Not only do trademark attorneys have to know the law in their own country, they must also interact with international attorneys and explain to clients how to protect their trademarks in other countries. Learn from practicing attorneys about the differences in the trademark laws in different countries including Japan, China, South Korea, Australia and the United States. This presentation will give you all the information you need to hit the ground running as a trademark attorney.
