Hotels and Rates


INTA has secured rooms at 20 hotels that are within walking distance of the SDCC, as shown in the chart below and will increase the hotel block to meet demand. INTA has secured two headquarters hotels, which are the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina (adjacent to the SDCC) and the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego (a 2-minute walk to the SDCC).

INTA has negotiated discounted rates at all hotels from April 30 through May 8, 2015 (two days before and two days after the official dates of the Annual Meeting). As a reminder, you must register for the Annual Meeting before you can reserve your hotel room within INTA’s block of discounted rooms.

Reserving a Hotel Room

To check availability at individual properties, reserve a hotel room and obtain the discounted rate, you must first register for the Annual Meeting. Hotel reservations must be made through the INTA housing bureau by Friday, May 1, 2015, or until INTA’s block of rooms are sold out.

Note that hotel reservations will not be taken via telephone. Only hotel rooms booked through the INTA housing bureau will be listed in the online Attendee Directory.

If you have a physical disability that requires special accommodations or would like to reserve a private suite, please contact tsimpson@inta.org.

If you plan to register 10 or more persons from the same firm/company (locations can differ) for the Annual Meeting and require a group reservation for 10 or more rooms, please contact tsimpson@inta.org.  Please note the following:

  • All persons in your group block must be registered for the Annual Meeting; the registration ID is located on each individual meeting confirmation and is required to upload each reservation.
  • Group requests are on a first come, first served basis.
  • Group requests for 20 persons or more may be accommodated in separate hotels.
  • The group cut-off date is March 13, 2015.  Rooms will be released back into general inventory for sale after that date. 


Policies

You must be registered and payment must be received for the meeting before you can reserve your hotel room. Once you complete the meeting registration, you will be directed to the Hotel Reservation page to reserve your room online, or you can log back into the registration system at any time to book a room. Please note that the conference rate is limited to ONE room per registered attendee and the INTA rate is based on availability.

The INTA rate will be available from April 29 through May 9, 2015.
