Business Meetings

Four hassle-free ways to conduct business in the San Diego Convention Center (SDCC)

The INTA Annual Meeting is the place to conduct in-house counsel regional strategy discussions, outside counsel training sessions, peer exchanges and meetings with law firms and other service providers. Optimize your schedule and avoid missing sessions and meetings by hosting your events at the SDCC.

In 2015, INTA has designed 4 different meeting spaces within the SDCC which can accommodate

  • one-on-one meetings.
  • breakfast or luncheons sessions in private or semi-private areas.
  • training sessions with theater style seating.

Educational Sessions

Industry Exchanges and additional Saturday and Sunday programming

INTA is delighted to present Industry Exchanges, exclusively for in-house counsel, on Tuesday May 5, 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm. These exchanges are separate from the In-house Practitioners Workshop. During these sessions, registrants will have the ability to participate in industry-specific and moderated discussions with their peers. For more information about these Industry Exchanges and to secure your spot, register for the 2015 INTA Annual Meeting.

Networking Opportunities

New Ways to Network

With more than 30 official networking events, including the INTA Gala, the Sunday evening Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception and the Grand Finale, the Annual Meeting offers numerous opportunities for you to connect with new contacts and catch up with old friends. In 2015, INTA introduces smaller paid networking excursions so that you can enjoy the best of San Diego with other trademark professionals who have similar interests.

INTA will also feature Meeting Points to make finding people within the SDCC that much easier for you! There will be two Meeting Points – Meeting Point 1 and Meeting Point 2 – located in the Hospitality Area of the SDCC. When you schedule your business meetings, be sure to identify your Meeting Point clearly so that you don’t waste time looking for each other and end up running late for your next appointment!
