Now That the gTLD Dust has Settled: Brand Owners Speak!

Even if you have nothing to do with domain names, you’ve likely heard about the new gTLD’s.  Brand owners have been strategizing and agonizing for years over how best to approach this new era. Now that the names have started to roll out, did the nightmares come true? Are there any new policies that have emerged? What did brand owners actually do in advance and now with 20/20 hindsight, and how did those plans pan out? Our panel of experts will share their thoughts on the best practices in the area, and then you will have an opportunity to discuss your thoughts on these issues and policies with your peers in an interactive session.

Our panel of advertising and marketing experts will explore the new avenues of digital engagement (such as product placement and integration and promercials), the regulatory landscape, and they will also cover best practices for avoiding false advertising and related claims.
