Where and when is the event?

 

There is a guided tour of the Castle of Santa Bárbara on Tuesday, October 13 from 7:00 pm – 7:45 pm. This tour is open for the first 100 people on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be complimentary bus service, courtesy of OHIM, from the Meliá Alicante Hotel starting at 6:45 pm.

The Welcome Reception immediately follows the guided tour and will be from 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm. There will be bus service from the Castle to the Meliá Alicante Hotel starting at 9:15 pm.

The meeting begins on Wednesday, October 14 and concludes on Thursday, October 15 at 6:00 pm at the following location:

There is a Closing Reception on Thursday, October 15 at 7:00 pm at Ocean Race Club, Muelle de Levante, Puerto de Alicante. There will be complimentary bus service after the last session from OHIM to the Meliá Alicante Hotel. The Ocean Race Club is within walking distance from the hotel.

Please note that the INTA base registration fee is subject to a 21% Value Added Tax (VAT) levied by Spain.

How do I become an INTA member?

Join and save on the registration fee for this event and other INTA events around the world (this discount applies to all individuals at your organization's location). Fill in the online membership enrollment form; please note that membership is organization- and location-specific. Once your membership application is confirmed, you will receive your member username and password; you can then register for the meeting at the member rate.


How do I register as a non-member?

You will need to create a non-member username and password. The online registration form will prompt you to do this. Once you have your username and password, please proceed with completing the details required in the online form.


What are the payment options?

Credit card, US dollar denominated checks drawn from US banks, and money order payments are the only available payment options for advance (online) registration. INTA registration fees are processed in US Dollars; the amount charged to your card will vary according to the currency exchange rate.

Onsite registration will accept US Dollars, US dollar denominated checks drawn from US banks, and credit cards that will be transacted in US dollars as well. Euros (currency only) will also be accepted.


Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes. As soon as you make the online payment, you will receive a confirmation. Please present the printed confirmation when you pick up your badge onsite at the meeting.


Will I receive a receipt/invoice?

Yes. A receipt/invoice is emailed to you after payment is received. To request a receipt/invoice, please write to memberservices@inta.org and provide your registration confirmation number.


What is the cancellation and substitution policy?

Full refunds are issued only if a cancellation is received in writing by Monday, June 22, 2015. A cancellation received after that date is subject to a US $150 service charge. Because of printing and hotel charges incurred by INTA, no refunds will be issued for this program after Tuesday, September 29, 2015.

Substitutions are only accepted as long as the person is from the same location. Please contact Member Services for further assistance.


How do I reserve a hotel room?

INTA has arranged special meeting rates as listed below.

Double/Single = €118 (approximately US $127) per night
With Breakfast = additional €13 per night

Junior Suite (Double/Single) = €138 (approximately US $148) per night
With Breakfast = additional €13 per night

Please note that 10% tax is included in the room rates.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty. The cut-off date for reserving a room is Thursday, October 1, 2015.
