Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance may be available to eligible professionals on the basis of financial hardship. For more information and to apply, please request an application by sending an email to cle@inta.org. Proper documentation will be required.

Badges and Admittance

Only persons registered for this meeting are admitted to educational sessions, meals and receptions. Those properly registered will receive an INTA name badge. Name badges must be worn at all times to gain access to all official INTA functions. Anyone found counterfeiting, copying or sharing badges may be subject to sanctions, up to and including removal from the meeting and revocation of your INTA membership.

Accessing OHIM Facilities

Please note that in order to enter the OHIM facilities, attendees will need an “orange access card,” which is mandatory to enter the building.

With this card, there is no need to show identification at the entrance to the OHIM facilities. Individuals without this card will need to pass through a security check-point and present identification to receive an access card.

You should hold on to the card for the duration of the meeting but it must be returned at the conclusion of the meeting.

Orange access cards will be given to pre-registered attendees upon boarding the shuttle service to Tuesday evening’s Welcome Reception at the Castle of Santa Bárbara.
