Where will the Annual Meeting be held in 2016?

The 2016 Annual Meeting will be held in Orlando, Florida, USA, from May 21 through May 25, 2016. Most meeting events will be held at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), located at the West Concourse, 9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819.
 

 Do I need a visa?

 

All individuals from outside the United States require a valid passport to enter the United States. To determine if you also require a visa to enter the United States and the required documentation, please visit one of the following websites for more details:

You will have the opportunity to request a visa letter during the registration process. Please note that you must be registered for the meeting to receive a visa letter. The US $30 fee for an original, signed visa letter is not refundable at any time.
