Where will the Annual Meeting be held in 2016?
The 2016 Annual Meeting will be held in Orlando, Florida, USA, from May 21 through May 25, 2016. Most meeting events will be held at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), located at the West Concourse, 9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819. |

You will have the opportunity to request a visa letter during the registration process. Please note that you must be registered for the meeting to receive a visa letter. The US $30 fee for an original, signed visa letter is not refundable at any time. |

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the main airport, with nearly 800 daily flights providing nonstop and connecting services to major domestic and international destinations across the globe. The airport is less than 15 miles away from the OCCC and is about a 20-minute drive. |

Online registration for the Annual Meeting will open on January 20, 2016. Please note that you must register for the Annual Meeting before you can reserve your hotel room within INTA’s block of discounted rooms. |

The registration fee includes access to all sessions, continental breakfasts and breaks in the Hospitality Area, access to the Exhibition Hall, general receptions, online meeting materials, the print Final Program and the online Attendee Directory. All attendees will need to register to access Hospitality, sessions and events at the OCCC, as well as any private events (such as a client meeting or cocktail reception) being held at the Orlando hotels in INTA’s block.

INTA has blocked more than 6,455 rooms in 20 hotels in Orlando, which will be available starting in January 2016. This is about 2,200 more rooms than last year.
INTA has negotiated discounted rates at all hotels May 19 through May 27, 2016 (two days before and two days after the official dates of the Annual Meeting). As a reminder, you must register for the Annual Meeting before you can reserve your hotel room within INTA’s block of discounted rooms.

INTA will provide daily shuttle service to and from the OCCC during the Annual Meeting. The shuttle will run in the mornings and afternoons starting Saturday, May 21. Download the schedule.
In addition to the INTA shuttle, Orlando offers several other transportation options that you may wish to consider. |

INTA will also feature Meeting Points to make finding people within the OCCC that much easier for you! There will be four Meeting Points located in the Hospitality Area of the OCCC. When you schedule your business meetings, be sure to identify your Meeting Point clearly so that you don’t waste time looking for each other and end up running late for your next appointment!

SIM Card and GSM Phone Rentals
INTA has partnered with one of the leading wireless equipment rental companies in the USA to offer you the option to rent a US SIM card and/or GSM phone for the duration of the Annual Meeting.

All rented equipment will be delivered to your hotel prior to your arrival. The service period is 5/21/16 - 5/24/16. Pre-ordering is required by 5/6/16. This offer will be not available onsite. |

INTA has arranged for a room to be available for new mothers who are nursing. The room will be available 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Saturday, May 21, through Tuesday, May 25. Keys can be picked up at the Onsite Registration Desk at the OCCC. Should you require this service, please contact Tricia Simpson at tsimpson@inta.org. |

One of the greatest benefits of registering for the Annual Meeting is the chance to meet and network with attendees from around the globe. One way to do that is to plan your own event or host a hospitality suite.
INTA will again offer space to interested parties in the OCCC so that you can hold your meetings and events closer to the action, making it more convenient for your clients and colleagues. Please complete the online application, and an INTA representative will contact you within five business days.
Any and all events, including corporate, law firm, sponsor or exhibitor meetings, social events or hospitality suites, to be held at any Orlando location (hotel, museum, restaurant, park, social club, etc.) should be reported to INTA prior to booking. |

If you contact INTA before you book your event, we can provide you with information about event spaces available through INTA. These spaces are thoughtfully designed to suit your business and networking needs.
With more accurate data about the number of events hosted during the INTA Annual Meeting, INTA is able to:
- Demonstrate in real terms the economic benefit the Association and the Annual Meeting bring to the host city.
- Negotiate, with the host city and other business partners, volume pricing for housing, food and beverage, and other related services.
- Secure discounts for INTA Annual Meeting registrants at selected venues in the host city.
- Raise awareness among the public about the mission of INTA.

INTA will be offering even more networking excursions throughout the duration of the meeting. From a soccer tournament to dining out with other registrants to nature hikes, there really is an excursion for everyone. You will be able to register for these events on the INTA registration system when it launches on January 20, 2016.
