Visa and Passport
All individuals require a valid passport to enter Barcelona, Spain.
To determine if you require a visa to enter Barcelona and all the documentation you need, please visit the Spanish Visa Information website.
Most visa applicants will require a letter or confirmation of their visit to Spain. Please note that due to legal requirements, you must book your hotel within the INTA block to secure a visa letter from b-network.
You may request a visa letter once you have registered for the Annual Meeting and booked a hotel room within the INTA hotel block. Visa letters will be sent via e-mail as a PDF at no cost. Should you require an original visa letter, it will be shipped to you via DHL and you will be charged only for shipping.
It is important that you start your application process as soon as possible after registering for the Annual Meeting, to ensure that you receive your visa in time for INTA’s Annual Meeting, May 20-24, 2017.
