2017 Plan Your Own Event

There are several ways to conduct business in the Fira Gran Via Convention Center during the Annual Meeting or at one of the many hotels in INTA's hotel block and various event spaces around the city. It is very important for INTA to understand all that our meeting brings to a city. The more INTA understands our economic impact to a destination, the better we are able to negotiate with future destinations to keep the costs as low as possible to all registrants.

Please note: any and all corporate, law firm, sponsor or exhibitor meetings, social events or hospitality suites to be held at any Barcelona location (including hotels, museums, restaurants, parks, social clubs, etc.) should be reported to INTA using the options below.

Premium Hospitality

Secure space in the convention center for your meetings for up to 50 people. We offer different size rooms to suit your needs, all in the convention center! See "Event Options" for details.


Reserved Hospitality Tables

Why rent a costly hotel suite for your meeting? Reserve a table in a special section of the Hospitality area of the Exhibition Hall at the convention center.


Exclusive Corporate Meeting Room

Hold your meetings at the Fira Gran Via in a complimentary meeting room with a basic AV set up. Rooms of various sizes are only available to current corporate members and there is no cost to use the room.


Form for hotels, restaurants and other venues in Barcelona

INTA needs to know about all events taking place in Barcelona outside the Fira Gran Via Convention Center. Please fill out the approval form for your event.
