INTA is pleased to announce that its 2018 Annual Meeting will take place in Seattle, WA, May 19–23. Registration will launch January 17, 2018, as will the hotel booking system.


Where will the Annual Meeting be held in 2018?

The 2018 Annual Meeting will be held in Seattle, WA, from Saturday, May 19 through Wednesday, May 23, 2018. Most meeting events will be held at the Washington State Convention Center (WSCC), 705 Pike Street, Seattle, WA 98101.
 

 Do I need a visa?

 

All individuals from outside the United States require a valid passport to enter the United States. To determine if you also require a visa to enter the United States and the required documentation, please visit this website for more details.

If needed for your country, you will be able to order an official Visa Letter from INTA during the registration process. Please note that you must be registered for the Annual Meeting to receive a Visa Letter. Applying for a visa can take time and you are encouraged to start the process early.
