INTA has negotiated an economical lodging rate for the convenience of registered attendees. The hotel will not offer a lower rate over the dates of our conference, and the hotel agrees to extend the lower rate to you up to 3 days prior and 3 days after the published conference dates. INTA will conduct periodic audits of those using the lower rate. The hotel has the right to cancel the reservation of those not registered for the INTA meeting, or to charge a higher rate.

Standard Rooms come in Scandinavian or Oriental motifs and with queen or twin beds. Guests enjoy four-star amenities, including complimentary high-speed, wireless Internet access, in-room safe and satellite television. All Standard Rooms also offer fantastic views of Copenhagen and Frederiksberg.

No reservation can be held without a credit card deposit, and deposits are refundable until 48 priors to the check-in date. No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation.

Ground Transportation

The Radisson Blu Falconer is the only four-star hotel with a direct Metro link to Copenhagen International Airport, the Radisson Blu makes getting in and out of the city as easy as a 19-minute ride on the Metro. Copenhagen Metro offers a robust transportation system, directly linking the airport to the Radisson Blu Falconer. From the airport, take the main line in the direction of Vanløse (trains from this stop only run in one direction) and disembark at Frederiksberg station. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. The airport station is located at Terminal 3. The cost for a single ride is 24 DKK.

Climate and Dress

Copenhagen’s average high temperature in September is 17°C (63°F) and the average low temperature at night is 10°C (50°F). In September, the city sees an average of 62 mm (2.45 inches) of rain, with 15 days of rainfall. The average day in September has 7 hours of sunshine.

The meeting encourages business casual attire. Meeting rooms are well air conditioned, and the inside temperature might be slightly warmer or cooler than you find comfortable. Therefore, it is suggested that you dress in layers (light jackets and/or shawls are a good idea to have with you).
