In recent months, ICANN has begun delegation of the numerous new generic top-level domains (gTLDs) that are becoming a part of the Internet space. This webcast will provide an update on the progression of the gTLD program, with an emphasis on how organizations can continue to protect their brands online in light of these changes. Specific attention will be given to the Trademark Clearinghouse, other rights protection mechanisms, and domain name portfolio management and enforcement strategies for 2014 and beyond, with an eye to the knowledge and tasks most important for trademark administrators.
