Archived Webcast (3-view limit)
Duration: 60–75 minutes
CLE will not be provided.

After more than eight years, the legislative process is nearing its conclusion and the EU trademark reform is finally on its way to adoption and implementation. It is anticipated that the new Community Trade Mark Regulation will enter into force in 2016 while the Trade Marks Directive may take a little more time.

In this webinar, speakers from the European Commission, the UK Trademark Office and OHIM will address the major changes introduced by the EU trademark reform. Speakers will offer practical tips to trademark owners and practitioners in view of the changes. Participants will learn what to expect and how to prepare for the implementation of the reform.
