Chief Representative Officer – Latin America




José Luis Londoño

José Luis Londoño is the Chief Representative Officer of INTA’s Latin America and The Caribbean Office, where he manages operations and the policy portfolio. He is also in charge of membership development in the region, and supports INTA´s Strategic Plan implementation there.

Mr. Londoño has a JD from Universidad Externado de Colombia, with an Industrial Property Specialization from the same university, where he has also taught distinctive signs law for the past eight years.

Before joining INTA in July 2017, Mr. Londoño was the Deputy Superintendent for Industrial Property Matters at the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce of Colombia, where he was responsible for the administration of the Colombian Industrial Property Office.

Mr. Londoño also worked for the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia (FNC) in the Legal Division, where he was responsible for managing FNC´s worldwide IP portfolio. Before that was an associate at a Colombian law firm in the trademark prosecution and litigation division. Mr. Londoño started his career as a Trademark Examiner in the Colombian Trademark Office.
