INTA member Jon Webster (Harter Secrest & Emery LLP – New York) interviews Gregg Marrazzo (Senior VP & Deputy General Counsel, The Estée Lauder Companies – New York) on the importance of developing and maintaining relationships between in-house and outside counsel. Jon is a current member of the Law Firm Committee and Gregg a Past President of INTA, serving in 2012. 

During the discussion, Mr. Marrazzo shares valuable insights on the core principles of a good working relationship along with his company’s expectations of outside legal counsel and the internal procedures for vetting and obtaining such counsel.
