The New Enforcement Provisions in the EU Trademark Reform

​At the INTA 2015 Leadership Meeting, Bartosz Krakowiak (POLSERVICE Patent and Trademark Attorneys Office, Poland), former Chair of the Anticounterfeiting Committee, discussed the new provisions in the EU trademark reform that will help brand owners enforce their rights and how these provisions will work in practice. 

Bartosz focused on the counterfeit-goods-in-transit provisions and provided behind-the-scenes information on their adoption.
