Arriving in Barcelona

Find your way around Barcelona with the online hotel map or printed mini-map given out onsite and sponsored by AGIP.

Barcelona—El Prat Airport is the main airport and is located less than 11.4 KM away from the Fira Gran Via (about a 15-minute drive) and 15 KM away from city center (about a 23-minute drive). Taxis are recommended for travel to and from the airport, as is public transportation.

INTA will provide a limited shuttle that will run only in the morning and afternoon; it will begin running Sunday and end running Wednesday mid-morning. This shuttle will make stops by the Hotel Fira Congress Barcelona, Hotel Porta Fira, Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel, AC Hotel Som, and Hotel SB Plaza Europa, and will bring registrants with a meeting badge to and from the Fira Gran Via. Registrants staying at other hotels are encouraged to use their free public transportation pass to travel to and from the Fira Gran Via.

A shuttle will also be provided after the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening and after the Grand Finale on Wednesday evening, with drop-off points at key locations throughout the city. Registrants should make their own way to the Seaside Promenade at Barceloneta Beach for the Grand Finale. A full shuttle schedule will be provided on the mobile app and Registrant Portal.
