The International Trademark Association (“INTA”) website (the “Site”) acts as a venue for members to post job opportunities and does not screen or censor the listings offered. INTA is not involved in actual contact between employers and candidates. As a result, INTA has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Site.
INTA is not to be considered an employer with respect to your use of the Site and INTA shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made, by any member posting jobs on the Site.
To the Job Poster
Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, INTA cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. Because we are not and cannot be involved in any actual contacts between employers and candidates, you release INTA, its officers, directors, employees and other representatives, from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any disputes between you and any user of this site. Employers are solely responsible for their postings on the Site.
The listings may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. While INTA makes an effort to avoid such inaccuracies and errors, INTA makes no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Site or the listings. Use of the Site and the listings is at your own risk. Changes are periodically made to the Site and may be made at any time.
A blind ad is posted by a company that chooses to remain anonymous. Under these circumstances, resumes are submitted to the INTA Job Bank Administrator and forwarded to the company. INTA cannot tell job applicants the name of the company.
All postings are automatically removed after 90 days. If you wish to remove the posting before that, send your request to email@example.com, indicating the posting's reference number in your request.
INTA requires the company name, address, facsimile number and e-mail address for a posting. However, only contact information submitted in the "Description", "Qualifications" and "How to apply" fields will appear in the ad. Members have the choice of putting general or personal contact information, web link or other specific instructions for the applicants. Phone numbers are for INTA’s reference only. If a member does not want to have any contact information or company identification included on the posting, he/she must indicate that the position is a "Blind Ad" on the Post a Job form
Under normal circumstances, positions are posted within three business days.
INTA posts positions and, in the case of blind ads, passes resumes on to the appropriate company. We do not serve as a job placement agency.
