The Leadership Meeting is limited to INTA members who currently are:

  • Members of the Board of Directors
  • Past Presidents and Counsel
  • Committee Chairs and Vice Chairs
  • Subcommittee Chairs
  • Committee Members
  • Project Team Members

Proof of government/non-profit/academic status will be required. Contact customerservice@inta.org.

The member registration fee includes access to the online meeting portal which contains course materials, Attendee Directory, Final Program, as well as admission to three continental breakfasts, two luncheons, refreshment breaks and networking receptions.


Guest Registration*

A guest is a spouse, significant other, child, family member or friend whose occupation is unrelated to the trademark industry. A co-worker or associate within the trademark industry is not eligible for guest registration. Guests are entitled to three continental breakfasts, two luncheons and four receptions (Welcome Reception, Networking Reception, Dessert Reception and Grand Finale). Guest passes do not provide access to education sessions and course materials, and guests thus are not eligible for CLE credits or CPD points. Guests are not listed in the online Attendee Directory.

Attendee Directory

New this year, the Attendee Directory will be online only. You can access the Attendee Directory on the Attendee Portal from your computer or at available kiosks by the registration area.

The print Final Program will be distributed onsite.

Badges and Admittance

Only persons registered as full participants for this meeting are admitted to education sessions. Those properly registered will receive an INTA name badge that is unique to this conference and will give them access to the educational sessions, as well as receptions and meals. Name badges must be worn at all times to gain access to all official INTA functions. Anyone found counterfeiting, copying or sharing badges may be subject to sanctions up to and including removal from the meeting and revocation of his or her  company's INTA membership.

New Badge Reprint Policy

A penalty fee of $100 will be charged for the reprint of lost badges.  A second reprint will incur a penalty fee of $300.  Badges will not be printed a third time.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Full refunds are issued only if a program cancellation is received in writing by Friday, October 5. A cancellation received after that date is subject to a US $150 service charge. No refunds will be issued for this program after Monday, October 15, at 5:00 pm EST.

Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance may be available to eligible professionals on the basis of financial hardship. For more information and to apply, please request an application by sending an email to CLE@inta.org. Proper documentation will be required.

Language

This INTA meeting will be conducted in English.

Attire

Business casual attire is encouraged for this meeting. Meeting rooms are well air-conditioned, and the inside temperature might be slightly warmer or cooler than you find comfortable. It is suggested that you dress in layers (light jackets and/or shawls are good to have with you).
