 How to Register

Online registration is now closed. You may register onsite with a credit card.

Note: Only registrations submitted with valid payments will be accepted.  You are not considered registered for the conference until your payment is processed. Credit card payment is the only option.

 Important Dates
Today  Ensure that you have the proper travel documents for your travel to the United States. Reserve your hotel room, and begin to plan your travel arrangements. 
Friday, July 29 Early bird registration fee expires.
Friday, July 29 Registration cancellation penalties begin.
Wednesday, August 10 Hotel reservation cut-off.
Friday, September 9 No refunds are given for registration cancellations after this date.
Friday, September 9 Advance (online) registration closes. After this date, you may only register
onsite and your name will not be included in the print Final Program and Attendee Directory.
Friday, September 23     The conference Registration and Information Desk opens at 9:00 am. Plan to arrive in time to register before the conference begins.
