Hear from Subhinder Singh Prem as he tells the story behind the adidas Group and the Reebok brand—the largest fitness and sports trademark in India.

Subhinder heads both brands together commanding nearly 70% market share with the intent of consolidating and maintaining the group’s leadership position in the Indian sports industry.

With 900 stores of Reebok and another 700 of adidas, Subhinder currently leads a compelling distribution network of more than 1600 monobrand franchisee stores. A unique challenge and opportunity where the No.1 and the No.2 brand in the industry come together to collaborate and focus on increasing the sporting index of the nation thereby ensuring that the industry grows exponentially.
