Will I receive an invoice?

Receipts are emailed to you after payment is received. To request an invoice, please write to memberservices@inta.org and provide your registration confirmation number.

Friday, January 23, 2015 Registration cancellation penalties begin.
Friday, February 20, 2015 No refunds are given for registration cancellations after this date.
Monday, March 9, 2015 Online registration closes (Onsite registration rates begin on Tuesday, March 10).
Tuesday, March 10, 2015 The conference Registration and Information Desk opens at 8:00 am.

What is the cancellation and substitution policy?

Full refunds are issued only if a program cancellation is received in writing by Friday, January 23, 2015. A cancellation received after that date is subject to a US $150 service charge. No refunds will be issued for this program after Friday, February 20, 2015, at 5:00 pm EST. Substitutions are not allowed.
