What are the payment options?

Credit card payment and check payments are the only pre-conference payment options. INTA registration fees are processed in U.S. Dollars; the amount charged to your card will vary according to the currency exchange rate. Onsite registration is via credit card only.

Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes. As soon as you make the online payment, you will receive a confirmation. Please present the printed confirmation when you register onsite at the conference. If you are making a payment onsite, you will receive a confirmation immediately.

Will I receive an invoice?

To request an invoice, please write to memberservices@inta.org, citing your registration confirmation number.

Today Ensure that you have the proper travel documents for your travel to Tokyo. Reserve your hotel room, and begin to plan your travel arrangements.
Friday, January 30, 2015 Early Registration fee expires.
Friday, February 6, 2015 Registration cancellation penalties begin.
Monday, February 23, 2015 Hotel reservation cut-off.
Friday, March 13, 2015 No refunds will be given for registration cancellations after this date.
Monday, March 23, 2015 Advance (online) registration closes. After this date, you may register only onsite and your name will not be included in the online Attendee Directory.
Thursday, March 26, 2015     The conference Registration and Information Desk opens at 9:00 am. Plan to arrive in time to register before the conference begins.

The registration fee includes access to the online conference portal, which includes course materials, attendee list and applicable conference printed materials.

What are the registration categories?

Standard Member
All employees of an INTA member organization are considered INTA members and are eligible for this registration category. To check your organization’s membership status, contact Member Services at +1-212-642-1700 or memberservices@inta.org. Please note that membership is location-specific.

Standard Nonmember
If you are not a member or do not wish to become an INTA member, you must register using this category.

Nonprofit

What is the cancellation and substitution policy?


Full refunds are issued only if a registration cancellation is received in writing by Friday, February 6, 2015. A cancellation received after that date is subject to a US $150 service charge. No refunds will be issued for this program after Friday, March 13, 2015, at 5:00 pm EST. Please send your cancellation request to memberservices@inta.org.


How do I reserve a hotel room?

INTA has arranged a special conference rate of JPY 26,099 (US $225) per night (excluding state and local taxes). The above bedroom rates are inclusive of Buffet Breakfast.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the room block is filled or no later than Monday, February 23, 2015, at 5:00 pm EST, after which time reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis only.
