Tarek Tabbal is a Global Design Leader at Procter & Gamble Singapore. He has over 17 years of international luxury experience in the cosmetics and fashion industry. Tarek is a graduate of Ecole Camondo in Paris, where he received with honors a Master in Interior and Product Design in 1999.
After graduation, he joined Dior Parfums in Miami as Visual Merchandising Manager Travel Retail Western Hemisphere where he was in charge of the store design and implementation of all counters, events and promotions.
In 2005, Tarek was transferred to New York within the LVMH group and spent 8 years designing retail environments for various brands. First as Visual Merchandising Manager LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics USA, he was then promoted in 2007 to Director Store Design and Visual Merchandising LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics North America and in 2010 to Senior Director Store Design and Retail Presentation Dior Couture USA, Canada and Mexico.
During his time at LVMH, Tarek has updated all visual elements for different brand campaigns and designed and installed over 200 stores, including the first Dior beauty standalone store in the Western World in Las Vegas leading to the opening of standalone stores for Dior and Guerlain in New York, Las Vegas and Palm Beach.
After his fourteen-year career in LVMH, Tarek moved to Singapore in 2013, where he accepted a position to lead the Global Design for the SKII brand at Procter & Gamble. He is currently responsible for the store, visual merchandising and packaging design across all the markets and channels. Tarek has been working on building and strengthening this iconic brand, redefining its strategy for visual and retail identity, curating the packaging architecture and launching SKII most successful limited editions for their Facial Treatment Essence product.
He currently resides in Singapore with his wife and his sons who are 5 and half and 4 years old.
