Carbon Fund Donation

Make a $10 donation during the online registration process to offset your carbon travel emissions and help “green” this conference. All of the proceeds will be donated to Carbonfund.org.


The registration fee includes admission to educational sessions, luncheons, refreshment breaks, and a networking reception, as well as access to the online meeting portal that contains course materials, the Attendee Directory, and the Final Program.

Attendee Directory

The Attendee Directory will be online only. You can access the Attendee Directory on the Attendee Portal from your computer.

Badges and Admittance

Only persons registered as full participants for this conference are admitted to educational sessions. Those properly registered will receive an INTA name badge that is unique to this conference and will give them access to the educational sessions as well as receptions and meals. Name badges must be worn at all times to gain access to all official INTA functions. Anyone found counterfeiting, copying, or sharing badges may be subject to sanctions, up to and including removal from the conference and revocation of his or her company’s INTA membership.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Full refunds are issued only if a program cancellation is received in writing on or before Friday, October 27, 2017. A cancellation received after that date is subject to a US $150 service charge. No refunds will be issued for this program after November 16, 2017, at 5:00 pm EST.

Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance may be available to eligible professionals on the basis of financial hardship. For more information and to apply, please request an application by sending an email to CLE@inta.org. Proper documentation will be required.

Language

This INTA conference will be conducted in English.

Dress

The conference encourages business casual attire. Meeting rooms are well air-conditioned, and the inside temperature might be slightly warmer or cooler than you find comfortable. It is suggested that you dress in layers (light jackets and/or shawls are good to have with you).
