The Trademark Administrators and Practitioners (TMAP) Meeting will be in Orlando, Florida, this September

Come join us in Orlando, Florida from September 12-14 (Wednesday-Friday) at the Rosen Plaza Hotel for this year’s TMAP Meeting.

The TMAP Meeting project team, led by co-chairs Marion Woods (Eversheds Sutherland) and Amber Sterling (Association of American Medical Colleges), is planning an exciting program with numerous educational sessions and networking opportunities, including the popular dine-around event and Table Topics. 

This year, the meeting will kick off on September 12 at 1:00 pm, with an optional networking and team-building event, “fighting hunger, feeding hope” at the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. Begin your meeting by making a difference!

Registration for the meeting and online hotel booking begin on Wednesday, May 16, so please check back then.

Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida

(Transportation will be provided.)

Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida is a private, nonprofit organization that collects, stores, and distributes donated food to more than 550 feeding partners in six Central Florida counties: Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Volusia. 

Register to become a volunteer and sort and bag produce at the food bank. 

Through these efforts over 20,000 pounds of produce will be distributed to the Central Florida community. Thousands of families and individuals will benefit from receiving this food through our network of feeding partners.

Volunteers should wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes.

Casual group dinners of 10 held at various restaurants in Pointe Orlando. The dine-around event will give you the opportunity to meet new colleagues and connect with familiar faces!

Room rates have been negotiated with Rosen Plaza Hotel as follows:

Single/Double Occupancy: $175
Additional Person in Room:  $20

Room rates are exclusive of appropriate state and local taxes, currently 12.5 percent, and an Orange County Convention Center District fund charge, currently one percent. Rates also include complimentary in-room Internet service and fitness center access during the meeting dates. 

Rates are available three days pre- and three days post-event, based on availability. All reservations must be accompanied by the first night’s deposit. 

Check-in time is after 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Guests may change their departure when they check-in without incurring a fee. Any changes after the check-in process is complete will incur a $50 administration fee for a shortened length of stay.


The cut-off date for reserving rooms in the INTA Room Block is 5:00 pm local time on Tuesday, August 21, 2018.
