Trademark Oppositions in Austria: Best Practices and Recent Developments in 2019
Join us for an overview on the updated legal framework for oppositions in Austria and a panel discussion on best practices for handling trademark oppositions at the Austrian Patent Office. The mini-seminar focuses on administrative and procedural issues, such as deadlines, communication with the Office, and the recently introduced "cooling-off" period but will also cover tips on presenting of evidence to show reputation or to prove genuine use, including how to set up use-archives to keep evidence at your fingertips.
This mini-seminar is organized by the Trademark Administrators Committee and is specifically developed for trademark administrators, paralegals, associates, and junior attorneys.
