Changes in the Criminal Code reform bill related to the crimes against intellectual property: Progress and setbacks
This roundtable will discuss some changes inserted in the bill of the Brazilian Criminal Code that may impact the industrial property crimes such as misuse of trademarks, patents and unfair competition.
The presentation and debate will be conducted in Portuguese.
