Sign up today for an INTA Roundtable and learn how to best protect trademarks of a suggestive nature.
Thursday, April 3, 2014
Trademarks of a suggestive nature that are not considered descriptive often face problems regarding the extent of their protection. This problem comes into play most often with figurative, word or three-dimensional trademarks.
This roundtable will cover the extent of protection of these marks against infringement and the possibilities and difficulties in asserting rights emanating from such trademarks.
