Seoul, South Korea
Friday, September 19, 2014

12:00 pm–2:00 pm

Through recent revisions of the Korean Trademark Act, it will become easier to block bad faith filings and filings likely to cause dilution. In addition, a number of significant Court Decisions have recently issued altering precedent that had existed regarding what type of use is sufficient to withstand a cancellation action based on nonuse or faulty use. In view of these developments, practitioners will benefit from a discussion concerning such changes and a sharing of personal experiences regarding the same. Come join your colleagues for a lively exchange and good fellowship.
