Pricing and Policies




Roundtable reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore the only acceptable method of payment is by credit card. Registration by Mail is not preferred. The standard limit of each location/session is generally 30 registrants.

All registrations must be made through INTA no later than 5 days before the scheduled program. Please note that there will be no onsite registrations. All roundtable participants must be pre-registered through INTA.

To secure your reservation, please register online or fax your registration with credit card information to the International Trademark Association, fax: +1-212-768-1234.

When you register online or via fax, you will be emailed a confirmation and receipt.


 Registration Fee

The registration fee is US $45 per person/per session and includes a buffet luncheon. The fee is nonrefundable upon confirmation of your registration by INTA. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute.


Please bring photo ID to all roundtables in order to enter.

Unless otherwise stated, roundtables are held from 12:00 pm–2:00 pm. Check your location for more details.


An audioconference option is available at the New York location. The cost is US $45 per person/per session. Telephone charges are at INTA’s expense. Audioconference registrations must be received at least five days in advance so that registrants can receive the necessary information to join the call.
