This roundtable is organized in conjunction with the Instituto Nacional de Propiedad Industrial (INAPI). It is specifically geared towards Trademark Administrators (TMAs) in Chile. Come listen to Trademark Agents and Prosecutors speak about how to keep your foreign clients happy, how to deal with cross-cultural issues that arise from daily communications, as well as provide practical instruction on what errors can be corrected on trademark applications and priority claims under the Paris Convention.
Don’t miss this opportunity to participate in an interactive roundtable with Instituto Nacional de Propiedad Industrial’s (INAPI) Deputy Director and Head of the Formal Examination Department, and an international attorney with years of practice as in-house and outside counsel. Also, INTA’s CEO will give welcome remarks on the importance of TMA’s for the IP practice.
This roundtable will be conducted in Spanish and is co-hosted by Albagli Zaliasnik.
