Meet with U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Commissioner for Trademarks, Mary Boney Denison, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) Administrative Trademark Judge, Francie R. Gorowitz, for a breakfast roundtable discussion in San Jose, California.
The roundtable is designed to help the USPTO better understand the needs of its stakeholders and to offer insights into USPTO operations. Topics to be covered include:
- Recent developments at the USPTO, including Post Registration Amendments to Identifications of Goods and Services Due to Technology Evolution, and newly proposed expungement proceedings;
- Proposed TTAB rules;
- Customer suggestions for improvements; and
- Electronic system enhancements.
: This is not a forum to discuss individual cases.

The registration fee is US $50 for INTA members and US $75 for non-members per person/per session and includes a buffet meal. The fee is nonrefundable upon confirmation of this registration by INTA. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute.
The roundtable is limited to 25 attendees, and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All registrations must be made no later than five (5) days before the scheduled roundtable. There will be no onsite registrations.
