An increasing number of companies has been aware that trademarks as well as media and web
advertising can spread the company image so much to influence the consumers purchase choice
and the public perception of the company itself.
This roundtable has the aim to provide the companies with guidelines about the creation and use
of trademarks and advertising so that these latter can become a real value for the companies.
During the roundtable we will touch on the measures and remedies that can be taken against
different kind of deceptive messages that often damage entrepreneurs (deceptive trademarks,
misleading advertising, look alike, Italian sounding etc.).
The roundtable will be followed by a ‘Happy Hour’ drinks reception to take place at around 6:00 pm.
