The purpose of this roundtable is to discuss the pros and cons of the creation of courts in Brazil, specializing in intellectual property matters, and how to present in front of the General Law of the World Cup, recently approved by the Brazilian Congress. Two speakers will address the main aspects of the topic from the point of view of the judiciary and the advocacy.

The presentation and debates will be in Portuguese.
