Amy Myers
Senior Consultant, Knowledge Connections
Mars Global Services (United States)

Amy Myers has 15+ years’ experience in capability-building and change leadership roles, much of that spent in the Global Marketing arena with Mars and Wrigley.  When she joined Wrigley in 2002, she helped the company pioneer its first-ever global brand strategy and global branding organization.  Later on, she directed the Global Marketing College and championed the rollout of using the latest thinking in brain science and psychology to build brands across the Wrigley business, helping marketers and their business partners ground brand-building efforts in what will drive human behavior and habit.  After a Strategy Director role working for Wrigley’s CMO, she moved over to a global position in Mars in 2013 and now consults with leaders on strategy, change and team dynamics efforts across all of the Mars business units where she continues to champion using the latest understanding of human beings to drive better business practices.

Prior to working in Wrigley-Mars, she held marketing positions in A.T. Kearney and in Lante Corporation, an Internet consulting firm.  In her spare time and when she is not traveling for work, she enjoys leisure travel, gardening, working out -- balancing the work outs with making and eating good food – and reading about her many passions ranging from ecological economics and sustainability to psychology with a fictional book tossed in for flavor from time to time.
