Pricing

The registration fee covers a name badge that grants access to all educational sessions, the online meeting portal, a printed copy of the Final Program, all food functions (except the Dine-Around event), and two receptions.

What are the payment options?

Credit cards, US Dollar–denominated checks drawn on U.S. banks, and money order payments are the only available payment options for online registration. INTA registration fees are processed in US Dollars; the amount charged to your card will vary according to the currency exchange rate. Onsite registration will accept US Dollars, US Dollar–denominated checks drawn on U.S. banks, and credit cards that will be transacted in US dollars.

Bikes for Kids

A boxed lunch and refreshments are included with the
registration fee. The fee is nonrefundable.

A team-building and networking event! Teams of participants
will have fun competing in initiatives to earn the tools necessary
for proper assembly of bikes. The assembled bikes will be
donated to local nonprofit organizations that work with children
and youth of New Orleans.

Waivers


INTA may take photographs and video of this event for use in future INTA news and promotional materials, in print, electronic and other media, including the INTA website. Event participants grant INTA the right to use any image, photograph, voice or likeness, without limitation, in its promotional materials and publicity efforts without compensation. All media becomes the property of INTA. Media may be displayed, distributed or used by INTA for any purpose.

By registering for or attending this event, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). PII includes any information that identifies you personally (e.g., name, address, email address, phone number, etc.). INTA will use PII to (a) enable your event registration; (b) review, evaluate and administer INTA initiatives; (c) market INTA opportunities you may be interested in; and (d) share your PII with third parties that perform services on behalf of INTA in connection with this event, including, but not limited to, database management, event housing and transportation.

Attendee Directory

To be included in the online Attendee Directory, you must be registered for the meeting by Wednesday, September 13, 2017. INTA must receive your registration and payment by this date.


Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance may be available to eligible professionals on the basis of financial hardship. To apply, please request an application by sending an email to cle@inta.org. Please note that proper documentation must be submitted along with your application.


Badges and Admittance

Only persons registered for this meeting are admitted to educational sessions, meals, and receptions. Those properly registered will receive an INTA name badge. Name badges must be worn at all times to gain access to all official INTA functions. Anyone found counterfeiting, copying, or sharing badges may be subject to sanctions, up to and including removal from the meeting and revocation of their INTA membership.


Refunds, Cancellations, and Substitutions


To facilitate a refund, please return the Refund Request Form to Member Operations, or fax it to +1-212-768-1234 (Attn: INTA Member Operations).

Full refunds are issued only if a cancellation request is received on or before August 11, 2017. A refund for the registration fee, minus a cancellation fee of US $150, will be issued for cancellations requested between August 12, 2017 and September 8, 2017.

No cancellation requests or refunds will be issued for this program after September 9, 2017.

Substitutions

Your base registration for the meeting is transferable to another person affiliated with your member organization. 

To facilitate the substitution process, please submit your Substitution Request Form to INTA Member Operations, stating in detail the reason for the refund substitution and the person attending in your place.
