Pricing
The registration fee covers a name badge that grants access to all educational sessions, the online meeting portal, a printed copy of the Final Program, all food functions (except the Dine-Around event), and two receptions.

What are the payment options?
Credit cards and US Dollar–denominated checks drawn on US banks are the only available payment options for online registration. INTA registration fees are processed in US Dollars; the amount charged to your card will vary according to the currency exchange rate.

Onsite registration will accept US Dollars, US Dollar–denominated checks drawn on U.S. banks, and credit cards that will be transacted in US Dollars.

Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida

(Transportation will be provided.)

Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida is a private, nonprofit organization that collects, stores, and distributes donated food to more than 550 feeding partners in six Central Florida counties: Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Volusia.

Register to become a volunteer and sort and bag produce at the food bank.

Through these efforts over 20,000 pounds of produce will be distributed to the Central Florida community. Thousands of families and individuals will benefit from receiving this food through our network of feeding partners.

Volunteers should wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes.

Advance registration is required.

Dine-Around Event

Casual group dinners of 10 at various restaurants in and around the Pointe Orlando area. The dine-around event will give you the opportunity to meet new colleagues and connect with familiar faces!

Policies

Waivers
INTA may take photographs and videos of this event for use in future INTA news and promotional materials in print, electronic, and other media, including the INTA website. Event participants grant INTA the right to use any image, photograph, voice, or likeness, without limitation, in its promotional materials and publicity efforts without compensation. All media become the property of INTA. Media may be displayed, distributed, or used by INTA for any purpose.

By registering for or attending this event, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). PII includes any information that identifies you personally (e.g., name, address, email address, phone number, etc.). INTA will use PII to (a) enable your event registration; (b) review, evaluate, and administer INTA initiatives; (c) market INTA opportunities you may be interested in; and (d) share your PII with third parties that perform services on behalf of INTA in connection with this event, including, but not limited to, database management, event housing, and transportation.


Attendee Directory
The Attendee Directory will be available online only. You can access the Attendee Directory on the Attendee Portal from your computer.


Tuition Assistance
Tuition assistance may be available to eligible professionals on the basis of financial hardship. To apply, please request an application by sending an email to cle@inta.org. Please note that proper documentation must be submitted along with your application.


Badges and Admittance
Only persons registered for this meeting are admitted to educational sessions, meals, and receptions. Those properly registered will receive an INTA name badge. Name badges must be worn at all times to gain access to all official INTA functions. Anyone found counterfeiting, copying, or sharing badges may be subject to sanctions, up to and including removal from the meeting and revocation of INTA membership.


Refunds, Cancellations, and Substitutions
To facilitate the refund process for consideration, please submit your Refund Request Form to INTA Member Operations, stating in detail the reason for the refund request and including any relevant attachments.

Full refunds for the registration fee paid will be issued only if a cancellation request is received on or before July 6, 2018.

Full refunds for the registration fee, minus a cancellation fee of US $150, will be issued for cancellations requested between July 7 and August 29, 2018.

No cancellation requests will be accepted and no refunds will be given starting August 30, 2018.


Substitutions
Your base registration for the meeting is transferable to another person affiliated with your member organization.

To facilitate the substitution process, please submit your Substitution Request Form to INTA Member Operations, stating in detail the reason for the substitution and the person attending in your place.
