You Aren't Going to Believe This! Deception, Misdescription and Materiality in Trademark Law
    This article analyzes deceptively misdescriptive terms and deceptive and primarily geographically deceptively misdescriptive marks as bars to registration in the United States, and proposes changes to the Lanham Act to bring some needed clarity. It also discusses the application of Section 43(a) of the Act to trademarks that are deceptive.
