A Free Speech Right to Trademark Protection?
This article explores whether the right to freedom of expression requires governments to register trademarks that are immoral, scandalous, disparaging, or otherwise offensive, and focuses on the free speech issues raised in the Lee v. Tam case currently pending before the United States Supreme Court.
