Speaker materials will be posted to the
126th Annual Meeting Attendee Portal from April 1 – June 30,
2004 for fully registered attendees. Log in credentials will be
emailed to registrants beginning on April 1st.
All registrants will receive a CD-ROM two months after the meeting that
contains all speaker materials, including course materials, presentations, speaker biographies, the final attendee list and much more.
