There is a $30 processing fee for each transfer. This will be added to the total room deposit amount. The INTA Annual Meeting and participant’s name must also be included with the transfer, so the funds may be applied to the appropriate reservation.

4. I am currently not a member of INTA, but wish to attend the Annual Meeting in Atlanta. Which is the
most cost-effective way to attend the meeting and gain membership?
If more than one person from a non-member company/firm attends the Annual Meeting, the most cost-effective way to attend the meeting and join INTA is for the company/firm to join before the meeting. Since membership runs a calendar year (January through December), the new member has the option of paying the full membership fee and receive back issues of INTA materials since January 1, 2003 or prorating the membership fee to the month membership begins.
If only one person from a non-member company/firm attends the Annual Meeting, the most cost-effective way to attend the meeting and join INTA is for the company/firm to attend the meeting as a non-member and join INTA after the meeting.
If you have additional questions regarding Membership, email the INTA Membership Department
at membership@inta.org.

5. How many CLE credits will be awarded for attendance at the Annual Meeting?
CLE accreditation has been requested from each jurisdiction with mandatory CLE requirements.
New Procedure: To obtain CLE credit, you must attend the educational session and swipe your badge at the sensor equipment provided in each education session room. Only those persons who attend the session and swipe their badges will receive credit for that session. INTA will maintain a CLE Information desk on the Conference Level of the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. If your jurisdiction requires a specific form, it may be picked up at the desk. You must register in this manner if you wish to receive CLE credit. CLE credit will not be issued after the Annual Meeting.
See more CLE frequently asked questions
and answers.

6. I am interested in attending the Annual Meeting. As my U.S. visa is about to expire, I need to extend it. What do I do?
You must be registered for the Annual Meeting to obtain a visa letter.
While completing the Annual Meeting registration form, check the box
next to "I am requesting a Visa Letter" under the "Other Information" section. Once your registration has been processed, a letter will be sent within 5 - 7 business days.
If you have further questions, INTA has prepared some materials that may assist
you.

7. Is my registration for the conference transferable to a co-worker or
colleague?
Yes, it is. Please put your request in writing and fax it to +1-301-694-5124 before April 18, 2003.

8. I have pre-registered and am now unable to attend. How do I cancel my registration?
Refunds will be issued in full if a cancellation is received in
writing at +1-301-694-5124 or ita041.attendee@expoexchange.com
by Friday, March 12, 2004. Cancellations received after this date
