After you have registered for the Annual Meeting, you will gain access to many resources that enable you to maximize your meeting experience.

Attendee Portal
INTA’s 127th Annual Meeting Attendee Portal provides attendees with all the information they need before, during and after the meeting. The Portal is enhanced with new features for 2005, including the online Attendee Directory, now fully searchable by name, company, hotel and geographic location. Registrants have the option to display their personal or business email addresses, enabling other registrants to contact them at the click of a button.

The Portal will also include the following information:

• Course materials
• Speaker lists
• CLE sign-up and reports
• Committee meeting list
• Annual Meeting Final Program
• Exhibitors and sponsors
• Post-meeting survey

Course Materials
Attendee Portal
Before the Annual Meeting, all registered attendees will receive an email including a username and password that enables access to the Annual Meeting Attendee Portal. Course materials will be posted on the Portal from April 14 – June 30, 2005. All attendees should print out desired course materials and bring them to the meeting. Printed materials will not be distributed at the meeting. After you receive your username and password, you may also access the Portal from this online brochure.

CD-ROM
Within two months after the meeting, all registered attendees will receive a CD-ROM that contains all course materials, presentations, speaker biographies, the final attendee list and much more – all in an interactive format.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
Continuing Legal Education accreditation has been requested from each jurisdiction with mandatory CLE requirements. Further details will be available via the Attendee Portal. Questions should be directed to cle@inta.org.

CLE Procedure
To obtain CLE credit, you must attend the educational session and swipe your badge at the sensor equipment provided in each education session room. Only those who attend the session will receive credit for that session. For more information, visit the CLE desk located in the San Diego Convention Center. If your jurisdiction requires a specific form, it may be picked up at the desk. You must register in this manner if you wish to receive CLE credit. CLE credit will not be issued after the Annual Meeting.
