This year’s program includes skill-building workshops, industry breakouts, sessions, including reviews of U.S. and international case law. In addition, the program features a special track on “Trademarks in Entertainment,” enabling you to learn all about product placement (and misplacement) in movies, merchandising famous brands, character licensing, use of celebrity endorsers, sports marketing, ambush marketing and marketing to children.
