Tour Policies
Deadline
The deadline for registering and canceling tours is April 15, 2005.
Please send the registration form by the earliest applicable date. Tour
tickets will not be mailed. if you want confirmation, please provide
your email address. Your confirmation letter and receipt of payment will
then be sent.
Confirmations
A confirmation of your tour will be emailed to you once the Tour Registration form has been processed. No tickets will be issued.
Tour Bus Arrival/Departure Location
All tour busses will depart from the San Diego Convention Center. Busses will depart promptly at the published time. Please
arrive (15) minutes prior to tour departure for check in. Tour
buses will return guests to the San Diego Convention Center, or individual hotels whenever possible.
Individual Cancellation/Refunds
Tour cancellations must be submitted in writing to The Meeting Manager by Friday, April 15, 2005. Refunds (less a 10% handling fee) will be made only if a written notice is received by Friday, April 15, 2005. No tour refunds will be made after this date. No tour refunds will be made for tours purchased on site.
Tour Cancellation
The Meeting Manager reserves the right to cancel any tour if the minimum number of participants required to operate the tour is not attained. In case of cancellation, you will be refunded the full amount of the tour price. The Meeting Manager reserves the right to make comparable substitutions if circumstances beyond our control necessitate a change in any element of the program stated.
Onsite Bookings
The deadline for all tour registrations is Friday, April 15, 2005, four
weeks prior to INTA’s 127th Annual Meeting. However, we will be happy to
accept tour registrations onsite to fulfill the maximum capacity of each
tour still available. Please inquire at the Tour Desk at the San Diego
Convention Center.
