WT50 – The USPTO Virtual Tour
Basic Level
Take a virtual tour of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) with those in the know about what’s happening behind the scenes. Stops along the way to registration will include Examining Attorneys’ offices to review a substantive office action, the Intent-to-Use Division for a determination on the acceptability of a specimen, Publication and Issue for a final review, and then on to the Registration and Post-Registration Units. Then take a virtual trip to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board for a look at a cancellation or opposition proceeding, and “journey” across the ocean for a review of the Madrid Protocol process.
