Registration Policies


Credentials to Be Mailed
Annual Meeting participants who register with full payment by Friday, March 17, 2006, will receive their credentials by mail in advance of the meeting. To simplify your registration process in Toronto, bring the credentials that were mailed in advance to any registration counter to pick up your badge holder. If you register after Friday, March 17, 2006, you may pick up your credentials at the registration area in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. 

Attendee Directory
If you would like your name and hotel listed in the printed Attendee Directory, you must make your hotel reservation through the INTA Housing Bureau by Friday, March 17, 2006 and return your meeting registration form to INTA 2006 Registration Services by no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) Friday, March 17, 2006.

Substitutions
If you register for the Annual Meeting and subsequently find that you are unable to attend, you may send someone from your company/firm as a substitute. You must provide INTA with your request by Friday, April 14, 2006, in an email sent to customerservice@inta.org. All substitution requests received after that date must be processed on site. All substitutions must be requested in writing by the original registrant.

Cancellations
Refunds are issued in full if a cancellation is received in writing by Friday, March 17, 2006. Cancellations received after this date will be subject to a cancellation charge of US $150. No refunds for registrants, guests or activities will be issued for cancellation requests after 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on Friday, April 14, 2006.

Visa Letters
You must be registered for the Annual Meeting to obtain a visa letter. Please read the Visa Letter information found in the Travel section of this online brochure. 

Sports
Transportation to INTA-hosted sporting events, held on Tuesday, May 9, 2006, will depart at the following times: 

Golf: 11:00 a.m.
Tennis: 12:00 p.m.
Dragon Boat Racing: 12:00 p.m. 
5K Run: 1:00 p.m.

Visit the Sports Desk on site to confirm departure time. All sports participants must submit a waiver by Tuesday, May 9, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. to participate in the sports program. Be sure to enclose your sports activities fee with your meeting registration. This fee is nonrefundable.
