Tour Policies


Deadline

Tour registrations and cancellations must be completed by April 14, 2006. However, we would be happy to accept tour registrations on site to fulfill the maximum capacity of each tour still available. All tours registered on-site will be subject to a $5.00 handling fee.

Minimum Participants
A minimum number of 30 participants per coach are required for each tour unless specified. If the minimum number required to operate a tour is not met, JPdL reserves the right to offer the participant an alternate choice or cancel and refund the tour (in this latter circumstance, the $10 handling fee is waived).

Check-In and Departure
Please check in at the INTA Tour Desk at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, from Friday, May 5, 2006 onwards to obtain your tour tickets. All tours will depart promptly from the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Please gather for your tour inside the main entrance of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and check in with the appropriate JPdL Toronto Tour Guide fifteen minutes prior to departure.

Cancellations
Any individual canceling a tour prior to the deadline date will be refunded in full, minus $10.00 per registration for handling. No refunds will be available after deadline date (April 14). There are no reimbursements for missed tours. 

Special Needs
If you have a special need (such as a wheelchair-accessible vehicle), please notify JPdL by April 14, 2006. (Subject to availability)

Payment
Please note that all credit card payments will be processed in Canadian dollars and will be applied to your account at the credit card company’s exchange rate for the date of the transaction. Exchange rates fluctuate on a daily basis. JPdL is unable to accept payment by check.
